Whats the percentage of interview invites already sent by Davis? What are the months when most of the interview invites are sent?
 
When were the last round of II's sent out? Are there any people who were verified in June/July and still waiting for a decision?
 
I was just placed on the interview wait-list. Does anyone know what the chances of receiving an interview are when placed on 'screening hold'? Thank you in advance for your help! 🙂

Does anyone know what ucd looks for in order to not screen you out? I got my mcat score yesterday from a September mcat and it is was an unexpected low score🙁. However, this morning I got a secondary invite. Should I even bother completing it and submitting?

wow. so you got the secondary already? When did you submit?
 
@Dolly96 The speculation is that it's a combination of scores, grades, and activities.

I'd say fill it out! It seems like interview spots are rapidly vanishing, but if you're interested in Davis I would go for it. Secondaries only go out to about 50% of applicants, so it's a hefty cut.

Yes, I did. I submitted my application to amcas on September 30th and was verified on October 3rd or 4th.. I can't remember. I only applied to UCD since their deadline was before my score was out. I don't plan on applying anywhere else because my stats aren't high enough. Anyway, my score came out on October 13th and I received my secondary on the 14th at 4:00am.

Thank you for your input. I'm working on the secondary right now just in case they love me enough to take me😉
 
I am dying for someone to say that they've started making calls... I know it's not even 8am get but aaaaaagh

Huge Congrats! How about some details. What time? Was it Salcedo? Did you select a tailored track or did you get a call for regular MD? I wonder if he gets an alpha list to call people and just works his way down the list.

My wife was interviewed August 28 and we are eagerly awaiting news.

I interviewed the same day as your wife, regular MD. I got the call at 8:10am pacific time. And promptly cried. I don't even remember who called me because I was so flustered.

Lol okay no email yet but the Dean is just so kind and it was actually a fairly long informative call. Maybe 20 minutes? Half hour? Idk I think I lost all feeling down the left side of my body and time has gone sideways. Dang.
 
I feel almost as anxious today as when I was checking my MCAT scores. Ugh.
