So...any movement? This has been such a dead thread this year compared to so many other school threads this year...

I called yesterday morning and was told that there was some movement at the tail end of last week and they expect some movement this week. Sadly, they did say that waitlist movement has been slower than previous years.

Thanks! The speed is definitely decieving, this is my second app cycle and my first acceptance. Hasn't felt quick until today! haha

For the rest of you still who are still waitlisted and waiting to hear back, I know it's a tough position to be in. Generally speaking, what happens with a lot of medical schools is there is a good amount of waitlist movement immediately after the 4/30 decision deadline as accepted students narrow down their acceptances to one school and spots become available. After the initial movement occurs, acceptances trickle in slowly throughout the summer. Unfortunately waitlist movement can be unpredictable but we'll keep our fingers crossed for you!
