Where did you hear this?

I'm a student at Wayne med in one of the masters programs and have some med friends that are somewhat involved in/follow along with admissions. This was their indication to me based off talks from the admissions office. I hope its not true but I have no reason to believe they're lying with such a competitive year and so many OOS applicants.

Does anyone have general interview impressions for Wayne? Mine is coming up soon. I know there is: "a long-form interview conducted by up to two admissions interviewers, Five multiple mini-interviews (MMIs) conducted by Community Partners, and an interview with a current medical student".

The MMI's gave you a scenario and then you went into the room and described what you would do, etc.

I definitely didn't realize this until I started applying and really reading more about the process. I initially found it kind of odd as well!

I called them an hour ago. My portal is still showing that I am invited to an interview but I have already completed my interview by the end of January. The lady said that there is a glitch in the portal system but they won't fix it until "maybe" tomorrow because today is an interview day. I did not ask if that means that we will get the decision by tomorrow. I wish I did! 🙁
