Nope OOS but regional--Maryland to be exact.

I did not. I just so happened to check and it must have just happened because I was still on sub-committee review late last week.

Have you checked it since ? Those emails are only sent when interviews or rejections are given if you are pre-II

Oh.. really? I got the email/status change this friday, so I don’t see any rejections or II yet. Do they normally email you again to check if you receive one of these?

I don’t think they send this only when it’s updated with II or R, I got one when I submitted my application and another when my application was considered complete. I think they send it when any sort of status change happens

This is incorrect it does not change with any status change. I hope I’m not coming accross as disrespectful. What you say is true in the sense that you get emails when you submit your app and it’s complete. I’m saying after you’re complete you will only receive an email when you receive a rejection or interview. The review complete status does not receive an email.

No — after you are complete, you will receive an email for status change when you receive a II or are rejected.

I’m seriously not trying to be that guy but as a re-applicant was waitlisted and received a II again this year... this question has been asked and answered many times over the past 3 years of threads and I know this to be fact. Not trying to be argumentative 🙂

I checked, and it just officially confirmed that my application had been finished reviewing (nothing about II or R). So now I need to continue checking my portal because there’s a chance that I’m going to be rejected or interviewed? Or will they send another email telling me I have another portal update?

Sounds to me they just emailed you letting you know that your application review is complete. @Talldoctor96, what you said may have held true for previous cycles, but there's no reason why they wouldn't change some things up this cycle. They also may not email every applicant when their app review is complete, as we all know many schools seems to have varying degrees of communication among different applicants.

I know you're trying to give hope but I would not say very early. There's still time as we have not reached Thanksgiving and the rule is "plan for re-applying if no II by Thanksgiving" but almost 3 months have passed since II's began being sent out.

I'm in the same boat as you...marked complete on 8/15 and my status has not changed at all since then - I called and they told me I'm under review. I assume they'll get to us at one point or another.
