Retraction of my previous statement: my finaid package was for need based.

Just got merit based though too, additional 60k over four years. Email specified that it runs concurrent with need based

Given at least 1 person has already been accepted off of it, I'd guess a decent amount. But it's hard to say. It's always possible all the movement was at the start and they had a handful of folks lined up as favorites already (even though they say they don't do that I don't buy it).
