has anyone sent additional updates to the admission office's email? if so, did they respond saying it's been received?

Yes and yes! They finally responded to me (non-automated) for the first time in March.
oh good! how long was it after you sent it in?

I couldn't upload to the portal because I had already sent in an update and haven't heard back for a week so far

After a month of no response, I followed up and got a response. They also sometimes upload your update to the portal and not respond.

Gotcha! Yeah I checked the portal and it's still not there lol. I'll follow up with them then. Thanks! 🙂

Hi all, when emailing letters of interest/updates do you just use the general admissions email address or is there another email that is better to send these things to?

Just withdrew my acceptance (was given a $30k a year scholarship too). Hopefully it goes to one of you amazing people because I know Drexel is very pricey. Good luck!
So nice! Wish you all the best! Was this a scholarship through the scholarship form they have on their website? If so, how long did it take them to get back to you after filling it out?

Does anyone have any info on the California rotation sites? it seems like the Sacramento site is not on the website anymore and the Bay Area site was only for 4th years this past year

Can anyone comment on the 3rd + 4th year clinical rotation sites? Does anyone have any knowledge on the ones close to philly vs further ones?

I spoke with someone who is currently PGY-1 who mentioned doing most of his rotations in Reading (by choice). He also mentioned they typically reserve the more distant regional locations to people who have family in those areas. Those students typically do all or most of their rotations in the regional locations.

Drexels latest email said "The Plan to Enroll status in CYMS is reserved for applicants who have made a decision regarding their medical school choice and are only holding one medical school acceptance". What? Did they mix this up with the Commit to enroll option? What is this schools requirement by April 15th? (Or do they just have the requirement of on or before April 30 you need to be in Plan to Enroll).
I'm curious about this too because my portal says "You may select Plan to Enroll in the Choose your Medical School Tool from AMCAS." so does this mean that we don't have to do plan to enroll and can just wait until commit to enroll is an option on April 30?

I would give them a call about this. The tool from AMCAS is a highly recommended, suggestion so that students waiting to hear back will get notified sooner than later. However some schools have different guidelines and requirements when it comes to acceptances.

I sent my thank you notes to the admissions email. I didn't get a response...do I need to upload them on my portal?
