To all of you still waiting...there have been many pre II rejections already sent, of the 11,200+ applications there will still only be about 500 interviews. If you have not gotten a straight up R at this point, I would hold out hope!
To those of you who have been rejected (and this is such a hard word to use)... take heart it was pre II.
This happens to be a year with a record number of applicants.... if you don't get an II - Don't give up!!!
If you have to re-apply next year, do it! We have been through so much just to get to this point and it is nothing short of traumatic.
Don't lose hope, don't give up on your dream, try and try again if you have to, it is what makes us real people, it is what will strengthen us as future physicians, it is the story you will tell, and it will inspire. ❤️

Yeah but it also says in an email that your app can be held for comparison throughout the cycle. So they could have already reviewed the app.

I said I’d call the school in a previous post
And I did
I called fin aid and they said CHM will email us scholarships if we get any

But I don’t have any good info! Does anyone know any current med students? Specifically OOS students?

I believe it only changes if you get an interview or rejection.

Quite disappointed. Had a 510 MCAT, a 3.56 GPA(not great I know). Good ECs with publications.

I answered CAsper well imo. Im not a psycho so I don't know what else it could be

Dec 1st. I believe it was a few days after they got my Casper results. Very fast decision.

Wow that is a very quick turn around. Maybe you didn't meet their cut off scores? Perhaps CASPER? But tbh who knows. Wish u the best with the rest of ur application for this year though.

I had completed casper ahead of time so maybe your decision is right around the corner!

How did you feel about CASPER? I made like 3-4 sentences for each. My answers checked out but I don't know. This is freaking me out.
