I'm honestly worried about getting rejected for factors other than my interview. I was able to get feedback from a school and they said my negative mcat trend and lack of "academic rigor" led to my rejection..

Yeah, Thursday should be the last day to hear back. I'm also worried because of everything, my mcat, my interview, and some parts of my app that I can't tell if they are dealbreakers or not so I feel you. Just trying to remember that despite all of that they still wanted us enough to interview and what's on paper is not everything🙂

Received the e-mail they got my AACOMAS application today 10/31
Hopefully I’m not too late!
**UPDATE: Receieved secondary today— 10/31 and will submit today.

Haven’t had a single II yet, secondary completed since august 6th, retook mcat and new mcat score was released to them by September 29th

I have applied to multiple school so I’m monitoring quite a few pages here on SDN TBH there hasn’t been much movement on any page so far . Everything seems slow across the board . I’m hoping things will pick up this month though .

Can a current student/ alumni tell me the difference between the New Mexico and Florida campuses?

Has anyone use the document upload feature for this school? Letter of intent, thank you note, or letter of interest ??

We can't tell you the difference since one doesn't even exist yet. Biggest thing I'd say though is the loan situation, NM has fed loan option FL does not.

I saw a letter of intent option, there was also a letter of Interest as well ?
 
Hey y’all , for those still waiting for an interview based matriculation info, I found this on BCOM’s website, it might give some insight in terms of the interview batches and deadlines for each batch:

Offered applicants will be required to submit necessary matriculation documents, including a seat deposit, according to the following schedule:

  • Those offered a seat prior to November 15 will have 30 days to confirm acceptance of the offer. Those who have confirmed acceptance will have until December 14 to pay the accompanying non-refundable seat deposit.
  • Those offered between November 15 and January 14 will have 30 days to accept the offer and submit the seat deposit.
  • Those offered between January 15 and April 30 will have 14 days to accept the offer and submit the seat deposit.
  • Those offered on or after May 1 may be asked for an immediate seat deposit.
    • Students holding multiple acceptances at colleges of osteopathic medicine after May 1 will be notified by the Office of Admissions and provided with instructions for retaining their seat at Burrell College.
 
Got the A via email this morning (adcom just called me to make sure I saw the email!). OOS reapplicant with a 3.3 BCPM and -1pt drop on my 3rd MCAT (499, 507, 506)

Primary submitted: 7/5
Secondary received: 6/27 | Secondary submitted: 9/9
II received: 9/21 | Interview: 10/19
Accepted call & email: 11/3
 
completed 10/16, did you guys submit the optional video? i didnt, im not sure if thats hurting me?

If you are offered admission, it is for one of the campuses and you can request a change of offer location that depends on seat availability of the campus you want. Not sure how they decide what campus to offer if you put no preference though.
 
Does Burrell offer any dual degree opportunities? Such as getting an MPH? Including at florida campus?
