Is there a disproportionate amount of people with CC on this thread or is there lots of movement from CC? I thought LKSOM accepted roughly half of those who interviewed.
really small sample obviously but i took a look at last year’s thread this morning and it feels like this year there are a lot more CC relative to A’s. a random thread said there is a lot of waitlist movement, but idk how true that is, and it may not happen until the spring anyway

Can someone explain to me why LKSOM has higher stats for IS as opposed to OOS?:

OOS median MCAT: 511 GPA: 3.74

IS median MCAT: 514 GPA: 3.84

are these for all applicants, accepted, or matriculated students?

i don’t know an official explanation, but i imagine they get a broader range of stats from IS applicants so it could skew a little higher. they could also get more IS applicants which would force them to be more selective from that pool

These are the stats of the accepted students from in-state and out-of-state students from MSAR. They also have twice as many interviews for OOS students (326 vs 723)

Awesome stuff Temple is great

A this morning! LM 73-74ish interviewed 10/18. OOS. Thought the entire interview day went poorly outside of my blind interview so this was a big surprise!

Does anyone know is the CC list like a rolling admissions list and we could be contacted in the next release or is it just a normal waitlist with movement only at the end of the cycle?

the email said there would be “limited movement” on the CC list throughout the interview season, but that most offers would be after april 30th

Did anyone submit an update letter for Temple, if so, did you just upload it into the Supplemental portal or did you email it to admissions?

Did you just send it to their office? I don't see a place to upload on their portal.
