unsure, EL looks great but as a non-trad I'm considering Macomb and living closer to Detroit so I can still enjoy the perks of living in a larger city? definitely not completely sold yet though.

1. Do they mean 2025?
2. Am I able to withdraw my commitment if I decide to go to another school?

Yes class would start July of 2025. Yes you can withdraw but the deposit turns into a donation
