Do we know why MSUCOM doesn't share the detailed match list (institutions etc.)?

Bringing this question back. Anyone know much about waitlist movement?
I had a call with Craig Boyd from the Detroit campus last spring and he said it depends. They have had some years where they have taken their "entire class" off the waitlist and some where they have not had to use it much.

theres one from 2022.
Right but not from 2023 and 2024. I actually contacted the institution and they said they don’t disclose it publicly. I spoke to a few students too, who all said they don’t have access either. It would be helpful to see so I’m just wondering

still havent gotten an interview, are classes full? i already have an A somewhere else but would prefer here. how late do they interview

Also wondering about this 😢 I sent out an update letter today.

Hi everyone, just anxious and seeking some advice. I interviewed Jan 31st. I’m Canadian. My gpa is 3.89, 514 mcat, 600+ clinical hours. I thought my interview went well (at worst, it went “okay”). I’m super nervous about if I’ll be getting an A or not. I’m wondering, is it worth sending a letter of intent at this point? Or is this something that you’re only supposed to do after getting a decision?

This is incorrect. Current students should have access to the most recent match data. Feel free to send me a DM if you have any specific questions.

I can imagine how stressful this whole process is but try to give yourself a break now that you are done with your interview. Your stats are competitive for MSU as an international student, and you likely won't need a perfect interview to get an acceptance but again there are so many factors involved in the admission process. It never hurts to send a LOI, however I would only do it if you know MSU IS your top choice. Did you interview in Canada?

Has anyone who interviewed January 21 or later heard back (still waiting to hear becak over here)?

Yeah, I interviewed on the 28th still waiting to hear back. I was hoping I’d get feedback today since it marks a month since I had my interview.

Are you comfortable sharing the response and your stats? I want to know what my chances are, especially since it's been over a month for me, thanks!

they posted this a few days earlier 🙂

Does anyone know if interviews are still being sent out? IIs applicant and still haven’t received an interview 😅 submitted a letter of interest but not sure if that’s gonna help anything. I already have an A at another program but given that this school is closer to home I was hoping I’d hear something by now.

503/3.4 (undergrad) and 3.7 (masters)

Take this for what it's worth, but Cycle Track shows the most recent II as 2/25.

Post-II R, Interviewed on 1/30 This one hurt as I had one of the best interview performances and felt so confident I would get at least waitlisted, so I guess we live to see another day : )

do u mind sharing ur stats?
3.6 gpa, strong upward trend, 511 MCAT, 1000+ Paid clinical hours, 200 volunteer clinical hours, 150 hours research, many extracurriculars including president and vice president of some orgs in undergrad

OOS II this morning as well! But I don't think I'll be attending, I'm already trying to sort through a few MD choices. I do wish that they got to me sooner though; I put down a deposit at another DO school as a safety net in January, but this was my top choice DO school. Best of luck to all of you!

OOS r , my only DO r, great program congrats to all who decide to matriculate here 🙂‍↕️

So sorry to hear of yall who got R’s. If I may ask when did yall complete your application? I was marked compete in the first couple days of August and still nothing. (I’m really hoping because I have no IIs yet)
