I called the admissions office regarding the email that said to go to the portal to view my decision letter that wasnt there. They said they'd call me back because they also couldn't find the decision letter.... it's been an hour and haven't heard back.

I have no clue what to do.

Wow… I didn’t receive an interview invite from NSU MD so like I know it is a rejection, but I still want to be able to view my decision letter so I can just move on lol

Interesting because this is different than the number listed for MD admissions on their website (which was the number I shared in a previous post). I haven’t tried the number listed on the website yet though so I may just try this number since you had some success with it. Thanks!

I called the number they had on their website first and then they transferred me to the number i posted above and I've had my calls answered immediately on this number. Good luck!

This is all starting to get really frustrating. I interviewed a bit before you with nothing. I’ve watched friends get MD interview invites and acceptances in the time since I’ve interviewed here and it’s really disheartening when they consistently ask me if I’ve had any update here. -_-

I emailed then twice and never heard anything back from them regarding this 🙁
I contacted IT about it thinking maybe it was a tech issue with the portal and they told me to contact the MD program directly and said it was better to call (rather than email).
I know the person who posted this number said that they always answer super quickly.
Hope we are able to get this resolved soon!!

Update: so I just tried to call this number that someone said worked earlier 954-262-0524) and it rang a few times but then no one picked up so clearly you are not the only one having this issue. I tried to call it again a couple minutes later and it just went straight to voicemail.
I also tried the number listed on the website as the MD Admissions program contact ((954) 262-0515) and it appears to be disconnected or something.

The email typically comes a day or two after the portal updates with your letter. At least that was the case with me, maybe others can chime in if it was the other way around for them!

I interviewed on October twenty eighth (typing out date bc SDN is formatting numbers weird) and have not heard anything

I think it’s somewhat safe to say that not a whole lot is happening at the moment as there has not really been any updates on here/cycletrack/admit since that first little bump of WL’s and a few A’s. Hopefully we all hear back soon.

I still cannot reach anyone regarding not being able to view my decision letter in the portal.
I have called the number that the health professions admissions department provided (the one that other people on this thread has had success with) everyday for the past 3 days and no one ever picks up. I finally ended up just leaving a message and hoping someone gets back to me.
I found the emails of the admissions directors on the NSU MD program website and sent an email to both of them (and copied the dean) about this issue and not being to able reach anyone via email or phone who can assist with this. No response at all
I tried to call the main NSU line who transferred me to the NSU MD admissions, but it just goes straight to voicemail and says to email the MD admissions department (which clearly is not working) so I also just left a message there too.
Lastly, having exhausted all my options, I just sent an email to the dean's office and tried to reach the MD program via the contact form on their website.
I know this is a rejection because I never interviewed here, but being able to actually see the decision would be nice 🙁

Praying for Thursday! Does anyone know the policy for update letters? We just email them right, no place to add it to the online portal?

They only accept updates if you are on the waitlist. That’s what their email response was to me when I tried to submit an update letter myself.

I still cannot reach anyone regarding not being able to view my decision letter in the portal.
I have called the number that the health professions admissions department provided (the one that other people on this thread has had success with) everyday for the past 3 days and no one ever picks up. I finally ended up just leaving a message and hoping someone gets back to me.
I found the emails of the admissions directors on the NSU MD program website and sent an email to both of them (and copied the dean) about this issue and not being to able reach anyone via email or phone who can assist with this. No response at all
I tried to call the main NSU line who transferred me to the NSU MD admissions, but it just goes straight to voicemail and says to email the MD admissions department (which clearly is not working) so I also just left a message there too.
Lastly, having exhausted all my options, I just sent an email to the dean's office and tried to reach the MD program via the contact form on their website.
I know this is a rejection because I never interviewed here, but being able to actually see the decision would be nice 🙁

Just tried this, it just takes me to the same portal that was linked in the email which is where I have been signing into.
I am just missing the decision tab in my portal under the MD application, which was confirmed by the Health Prof admissions department on their end when they tried logging into my account.

No email, but checked the regular portal and saw a change. Then I saw the 3rd tab every one is talking about called "Decision History", where I was able to download my full letter. We waiting till June-July now

Yep, I just happened to not check later in the day yesterday, but once I opened it today (2/13), I realized I went from "completed" to "waitlisted". Then I was able to click the third tab and I saw the decision letter, which had yesterday's date on it. 🤞🤞🤞

Has anyone who interviewed on 11/11 heard back?
Also, the English proficiency shows as pending on my application. On the interview I asked about it and they said to not worry if I completed English courses or a degree in the US, which I did and shows on my transcripts. I also mentioned it on my secondary app. But now I am overthinking it again. Does anyone have the same issue?
