Judging off what the interview agenda tab/additional interview info email says it looks to be a traditional interview.

The interview is traditional. Two separate interviews, I don't know if all of them were but mine were more conversational and laid back than typical interviews.

I know some of those that interviewed on 9/5 heard back about an acceptance or waitlist in October. Is today the first time you heard back from AWSOM post interview? Or were you accepted off the waitlist?

I hope this email finds you well! Our goal throughout this admissions cycle is to be as transparent as possible, to keep you up-to-date of your status, where we are in the admissions process, and to do those things monthly.

With that being said, your application is currently being reviewed by our application screeners and you can expect the screening to be completed within the next two weeks. Once the screening of your application is complete, your application will move to the next stage in the admissions process which is 'under consideration for a virtual interview'. At that particular status your application will be regularly reviewed for a virtual interview. We will invite applicants for virtual interviews on a rolling basis until late February. This means applicants can be invited to interview any point between now and the end of February. We will not 'silently reject' any applicant. If your application is no longer under consideration for a virtual interview we will notify you via email.

I did send an update letter recently. Chat am I cooked?

Thanks. I’m also sending / uploading 1-2 LoRs on AMCAS to validate the stuff I wrote on my update letter since it involves a new (but pretty significant) job and volunteering. I never wrote about this on my primary or secondary app

Last year their cycle began late—there weren’t any acceptances at all until December/January iirc. Not sure we can base much off last year, but it’s reasonable to assume there won’t be much movement until spring.
