Also many questions about whether you live in NY, own a home in NY, have a drivers license in NY, went to high school in NY, filed your taxes in NY, have a bank account in NY, etc. They really want NY citizens I believe.

@wysdoc
All the SUNYs do favor NY residents.

how are you guys approaching the racism prompt? It feels tempting to just treat it like a casper prompt
I pretty much wrote down step by step how I would confront and respond to the person. I would assume you would treat it like a casper prompt lol

for the part where we need to assign pre-reqs, do we assign all relevant classes? or can we choose what we want to that fulfils their requirement? For example, in total I took about 8 biology classes. Can i choose only the first 3 for the bio pre-req?

also why are there two different sections per category (Bio is one, then bio lab is a second, then i see a third and fourth bio section (bio and bio lab again))?
Hi! Are you referring to the Jacobs secondary or the UConn secondary because I don't see a selection to pick pre-reqs in the Jacobs one? If you're actually talking about the latter, then yeah I was also confused. I was thinking to put only one course per section that I have but it says we can put more than one course per pre-req so I put more than the minimum. So for the first Bio section, for example, I put all my bio classes from undergrad and the respective labs in the lab section. But in the next bio section, I inputted biochemistry and my other biology related classes. Same with the chemistry ones.

Wait, I'm talking about the Jacobs secondary. I see two parts, one is "Required Prerequisite Courses" and the second is the essay portion.

Really? I'm looking at the Jacob's secondary I submitted and I do not see a section for putting in pre-reqs. Can anyone else here verify this?

This is what I see in my applicant gateway portal. Is there another link somewhere that I didn't check?

No idea, I only clicked the link I got in my email.
Well I got an email from them today saying that my file is complete and ready for review so maybe I don't need to worry about that. They probably added the section for the pre-reqs way later since I got my secondary a couple of days after my primary got verified but I'm not 100% certain.

Im kind of confused on the portal while assigning my classes to pre-reqs.. when it says biology for example are we supposed to chose all of our bio courses or just one?

Forgot to add to this thread that I got an IS II.
  1. For data collection: interview for virtual is 14th - 20th of Aug. In person is only on the 20th
Those were my options

Did you apply early decision?

I only ask because July 23 is extremely early for Buffalo. Like, the earliest I have ever seen a Buffalo applicant receive an interview in the last 5 cycles combined.
When does buffalo usually start sending out IIs?
