for the list one are you guys straight up listing 5 qualities or are you elaborating? another school asks a similar prompt and I was a little confused. I understand you elaborate on the one you choose specifically, but what about the other 4?

If you respond no to question 1 about the scholars program, this question pops up.

Just to confirm, have you all not received an application complete email as well? All of my checkmarks are green but have only received the application submitted email.

It says for the LOR requirements that we need 3 faculty letters. Does “faculty” include my principal investigator who is on the faculty at a medical school but not my college? Thank you!

No, faculty are just any tenured or tenure track professor

+OOS II. I received an invitation for a recruitment day, but I'd have to fly across the country to attend—does anyone know if that's worth it? Will it significant help my chances, or hurt my chances if I can't go?

I’d imagine it would just give you more to talk about during interviews and could demonstrate strong interest.

should i attend an on-campus recruitment day event? Does that reflect well as an applicant or is it purely for my own benefit to see the campus.
