Who do you give it to—and why? How would you navigate this situation in a way that reflects a commitment to health equity?

Good luck everyone applying here this cycle. I spoke to admissions this morning they will be increasing the class size this upcoming year. It is also true that they switched from p/f grades to letter grades. And the mcat screen score is also 498. They did mention that the average mcat for accepted students increased this year. I just hope they give students with low 500s and sub 500s a chance because being there are limited number of hbcu schools and its already hard for us to be admitted to certain schools due to the end of DEI. Yes, its worth applying they take students considered oos all the time. As long as you fit the schools mission and are over the mcat and gpa cutoff you have a good chance

I got the secondary on August 7th, OOS. Do you meet the requirement of 498 mcat? If you do you will receive one soon. If you don't meet that requirement they reject you without sending a secondary.
