They had some standard questions they had to get through (usual interview questions), but other than that it was a chill convo!

Hoping for some advice! I interviewed at Pitt a couple weeks ago and was wondering if I should send an update letter or not. At Pitt do they look for letters of interest in the update letter or should I mainly stick to updates if I do submit one? My other concern is that I don't actually have many updates, I just did what I said I would do in my AMCAS and started a couple new positions (one new clinical job and selected for a leadership position for an existing activity). Is it bad to submit an update letter that doesn't provide super substantial updates? I'm just trying to show I am interested because I do really like the school. Any tips appreciated!

Yes, I got an email to check my portal where I found the "decision letter". Very formal for nothing.

All they said was to keep an eye out for something “sooner than later” so I’m guessing closer to the end of February. And that if you don’t see something, to call them because it’s some new portal they’ve built and they’re ironing out kinks.
