You should be getting an email every 2 weeks if you have already interviewed, eh? Most people are getting the "continued consideration" message.
 
hi guys! for the kira interview, does that mean it's gonna be like casper and i won't be talking to a real person?? and is the MMI more so situational/intelligence questions, or is it application based. any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

It’s your typical MMI questions, you might get a mix of both, with some traditional questions baked in.

It’s like CASPer where you have a little bit of time to prepare for the prompt, but you’ll be speaking to real people that will go back and forth with you based on your answers.

Is today going to be waitlists rejections and acceptances or are there going to be doing the continued consideration as well?

Next updates will be sent late this afternoon for those who have already interviewed. Continued consideration is not a waitlist. Applicants are continuously reviewed during each admissions committee meeting throughout the season. A formal waitlist will be established and communicated in the Spring after the completion of interviews. As a reminder, we do accept updates and they can be uploaded directly to your AMP portal. And as always, please don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected] with any questions. We know it's a long process but hang in there! 😊

Based on their message from Nov 14, it’s gonna be As, Rs, and CCs. Waitlist won’t show up until the Spring.

The ones who have interviewed will get the email communications twice a month.
If you have neither been interviewed nor rejected, you could get one of the remaining interviews by March, or the ultimate rejection when all interviews are over.
