I'm wondering because I keep hearing about Baylor's in-state tuition, even though it's a private school. Why do they give cheaper in-state tuition then?
Do they give need-based grants to supplement the loans they give? The average debt for Baylor grads is only around $75k! How the hell...
So I guess if the in-state tuition is $6550 and living/academic expenses other than that is $20k~, that would be super cheap... An out-of-stater can get in-state tuition after paying a year of OOS tuition ($19.5k), right?
