I feel like I want to go back and compare her play to GGoats2 because something pinged me in my sporadic read last night that made me think of that game but that could have been overly active overtired brain

This feels like a stronger read with solid reasoning. Vilveg kept reads closer to the vest early on (seemed to be related to noob perspective of prioritizing survival more than wolf hunting), gave her top read and pretty strong reasoning for someone only in their second game, even if it does appear to be based on other's statements towards Zuri. This seems to be the opposite of what is occurring in this game and further concerns me that Chic is either misrepresenting Veg's previous play or isn't reading it well. Also possible that it felt different during those games that they are recalling now, but either way there's a lot of inconsistencies here.

marmot agrees with this assessment tbh tbh.

I often (not always, but often) don't get into games until Day 2 or 3, and have even avoided posting on Day 1 altogether until the final 12 hours or so.

But sometimes I do hype it up early.

You will not see champs marmot in this game.
 
Tbh, I'm surprised that shorty has pushed that angle. I know that the one game we've played was champs, but you also saw me in the anonymous game as well as the SDN crossover game, both of which I played differently.
 
Okay I did a quick iso of shelter's posts this game compared to GGoats2. Some context differences as this game is moving MUCH faster than GGoats2 did. I found in GGoats2 shelter did a lot of questioning and was quite active early. I know she was excited about being a wolf.

This game, she is lamenting the activity level so not driving as much as she did in GGoats2. When she is here, I don't find her tone particularly different than her tone in GGoats2 but I think I need more content this game to actually make a read on whether it sounds like her wolfy meta.

Can someone tell me her most recent village outing so I can iso that if I have time?

I didn’t read either of those very much. I didn’t read anon at all beyond the first page and I don’t remember the crossover game beyond Zenge’s falcon destruction

I think the last time I was village on SDN (not counting the small game where I got voted off immediately) was Clem's DND game, but I may be misremembering. I've been playing on the avocado recently, where I mistakenly(?) told them/demonstrated that I'm especially active when I'm excited about a role.

this game and the activity level is admittedly a lot for me though and I wasn't expecting it. I imagine people really like Zenge games.

that said.... I don't think I've read much off of this page since somewhere in the 30s and I'm still voted for mayo, who I voted for because of the combativeness sometime yesterday (possibly the day before) and then someone called him out saying the last time he wolfed he was like that. how are people feeling now? I imagine chic might still be a good vote. Don't know where the tally is presently.

Shelter has made 10 posts total (more than I recall). First 6 posts were basically just questions about game mechanics/jokes/complaints about game length. From what I can see there's only 3-4 posts with actual content, and only 2 with any meat to the arguments. Some comments within iso below:

Lots of random talk, maybe to look active or maybe genuinely asking questions. Either way not really productive and strikes me as a little weird as Shelter has been playing on SDN for a while. Maybe they haven't done any CYO or these types of games or it's been a while? Idk, still feels off.

Lots of words but not a lot of actual content. On reread I'm less impressed here. Did admit to sheeping some with the Chic read and restated a basic read, so mild town points for transparency where it wasn't necessary.

Some expanding on Chic read, but not much. Also mixing up my statements with Chic's I think. I made the comment about this kind of game solving potentially being angle shooting and I also said within the same comment that there's probably something built in to prevent game solving this way.

Fair question I guess? Maybe role hunting? But seems innocent. I'm reading it as NAI.

So overall, really not much to go on at all other than their sus reads are currently Mayo and Chic, but no explanation for Mayo where her vote is actually sitting. @sheltermed , why the vote for Mayo? (answered above). Any other wolf leans?

Is this the most recently tally? I just searched for Zenge posts. I imagine there are some differences at this point..?

@chicandtoughness @holdthemayo if you are still voting for each other, I'm wondering what was the timing of each vote?

@Stagg737 @JaggedJimmyJay what's the consensus on veggie? The last time I read something from them they were saying that they were busy and couldn't offer an explanation for their vote outside of vibes - something like that.

Similarly curious about the PSV votes @Animal Midwife @Santygrass @VeggieTrex

I know I can look for stuff myself but it's a lot to parse through right now, I'm at work, and I want to try to form some additional opinions/potentially change my vote before close. With chic as one one my stop suspects I can't say I'm particularly comfortable with them also being on a mayo vote. I think that's all I have for now. If anyone has more isos they could link me to that would be MUCH appreciated.

I'm gonna roll this around in my head for a while because it was a very knee-jerk reaction to me musing aloud about a possible pressure vote and then asking people who have more play history with marmot if this is typical for them.

which is not what I recall from champs but champs is bad meta but this would be something I'd mull over even with no play history with someone thx

I believe most people that have given a read on Veggie either have suspicion or are feeling null. So the “consensus” would be in that range.

My own suspicion is based on what I thought looked like a fake read on Santy (by Veggie) and a general impression of stiltedness.

ngl having watched Clem scum (though I think I've only seen him as an SK in a game with dual SKs so not a great representation), I ... have a very hard time reading him because I can't really tell the difference. That's my spec experience, at least. I've never played with him, but based on how I feel so far this game, it's not any different because my read on him so far is ???

Oh, I'm not necessarily soliciting thoughts with that (though they are welcome) as much as I am continuing to think out loud before I go back on the floor and am gone for an unknown amount of time :laugh:
 
I’m treating Clem as Clem-aligned for now. I don’t think there’s much way to read him yet. He’s dead null, and that only becomes an immediate problem if town reads are numerous enough.
 
To try and explain my vote for PSV better, I was put off by the jump to a jester so quickly. I also feel like PSV has given a lot more village reads than wolf reads in this thread, and it would be a little easier to give those as a wolf than as village imo. I've been reluctant to give to many village reads because, frankly, I don't really trust any of yall yet. Maybe it's a difference in play style, but that's not something I can confidently speak too.
