No, she specifically said they don’t give out dates bc if they do the phone calls are too much on the day. Sigh. I wish we knew dates....
 
Hi, I am trying to gather post December interview information for just reference so far.

I could see they had interview dates on 12/4 and 12/5, Anyone interviewed on 12/11,12/12? or 12/18, 12/19?

(Also I see someone interviewed on 12/4 heard back on 12/14)

I think for the Jan, they do once week interview, I am not sure if they had interview on 1/9, but there was one 1/16 (20 people). I assume 1/23 and 1/30 is the rest of Jan dates. so total 3-4 dates on January interview dates. total ~80 people ( a lot..)

I think for Feb they have 2/19 and 2/27. I am assuming they have 2/6 and 2/13 (or around) so total 4 dates of Feb interview. (assuming 20 people each as well?)

As far as I remember they interview till end of Feb, and select waiting list and rejection by April 1st.

According to last year's thread, I am guessing, they will extend acceptance once by end of Jan, and once on 3/1 (bc someone who got acceptance by end go Jan, deposit due is end of Feb). and since 3/1 they give 15 days to deposit. so afterwards just as space become available.

Hope we hear back by end of Jan!!!

I don't think they extend any offer during the month. I think they wait till end of Jan date and pull all applicant ranking list, and pick top fews to offer. I am hoping they will do their 3rd offer by end of Jan which is next week.
(they did once on 12/3, once 12/14 and the 3rd is coming soon I think.)

and then maybe the 4th one is on 3/1 when everyone decide from end of Jan offer.

I am slowly dying inside....

I think the next round would be 3/1.... ; ( ; ( can't wait....

Did you send your final transcript in to AADSAS or did you just email UMSOD and update them with your final grades?

I sent a letter of interest and attached my unofficial transcript and emailed that to UMD directly, I also sent an official copy to AADSAS, so that my gpa can be updated

What exactly is a letter of interest?
 
Received acceptance on Friday 1/25 after interviewing on 1/16. This is my number one option, so if anyone has any general suggestions on living or steps to take after submitting the deposit and forms in that would be great.

I interviewed on the same day yet didn't get in ; ( haha.
could you share who you interviewed with? (you can pm me if don't want to share in public..)
I really want UMB...my #1 too! ugh.

I think i remember you from the interview actually, we were sitting at the same table. I forgot the name of the professor who interviewed me tbh, try to reach out to the admissions office and let them know any updates or just show continued interest in the school its not gonna hurt to show you care a lot

Well, when Nova decided to call people on Dec the 3rd. I was not called at all even though I had my interview on November the 29th or something. They didn't say waitlisted or anything.
After a month, I was called and accepted. So, I hope this is the case for you.
