Le sigh, I knew someone would say that🙄...for once, the RNG was nice to me and made me a villager--I immediately sent a message back to the mods of pure joy because I haven't gotten to just play in a while. Plus...when i'm a wolf...I don't volunteer immediately to be mayor lol.

Didn't have any items last night.

For now, lynch FantasyFlyer...I don't trust the noobs 😛

Belle might be looking for Gold.
The dwarves looking for each other?
Grumpy had a love interest I can't remember... some fairy.

Sleeping beauty looking for her prince whatever.
Probably evil queen's mother looking for her.

Lots of possibilities... that is just off the top of my head.

Probably anyone that was paired in the show... Hansel and Gretel, finding their father? Pinocchio having to find Emma (?) or maybe Gepetto (?)... I am out of thoughts on that right now. I have now watched through season 2 episode 2, only 20 more episodes to go. If I think of others, I will post them.

I don't want to put a lot of stock into that blocking. Why would he admit it if it makes him look so suspicious? Not to mention that there's probably protection--the red hood was mentioned in the write-up, and I would guess that's protective. I'm obviously not sold that he's not a wolf, I'm suspicious of everyone at this point, but I don't think it would be that easy to catch him if he was a wolf.

And I'll just throw up a vote to lynch cuit since she mentioned she might not be around much due to internship.

I agree, which is why I haven't voted for him...yet. I wouldn't put it past him to be a wolf and post that on thread, though. And use the argument you posted(I bolded). Knowing that eventually, someone would say they blocked SOV on thread. Maybe he's being a proactive wolf and trying to nip that in the bud.

But, I"m not sold on that. SOV likes to come out swinging, wolf or villager. :laugh:
 
SOV is too good of a player to complain about someone blocking him if he was a wolf and had his wolfy actions blocked.

I think that admission does nothing to alleviate doubt, as many have mentioned. Not lynch worthy admission, but the likelihood is that he will be one of the first people investigated and we will either see him lynched, or he will be less suspicious in my books. But the more high profile players (him, Devyn, DVMD, Lissa, etc etc.) are not great fodder for "random" early lynches... these people have big targets on their backs and thus are likely investigated, searched, targeted, blocked, etc early on.

I also don't like the noob lynch... a great way to encourage new player participation, knock them out of the game with the first lynch... nearly happened to me my first game (instead I was killed N2 cause I had to say too much to defend myself)... so I take a little pity on the noobs too.

yes! i started a trend in this game... lol. And I was just trying to play around...

oh, and TRH, escalla has like 3 grudges to settle with me, so I wouldn't put it past her for a little mod smiting action :scared:

This. I have a soft spot for noobs too.

My first game I was up for being lynched for being noob, and DocE saved my butt... and I was an investigator (apprentice investigator actually). I think that was the last time we didn't actually butt heads.

Villagers won that game in large part due to DocE and me!

Shrug...there are 32 of us...and I seriously doubt it'll be a bandwagon to kill the noobs. I just don't really have a grudge against people from old games, and would normally RNG. Just wanted to put some sort of a vote up for now. :shrug:

If we're voting based on grudges and rivalries ... I have to say I'm hurt you didn't vote to lynch me, DVMD. I thought we were like Army/Navy ... Nebraska/Oklahoma ... Indiana/Purdue ... Sigh.

I'm annoyed about the SOV thing. If he were a wolf, and were blocked, you can be damn sure he'd come out saying <something> to try and minimize the reaction. So what he said is right in line with that.

Problem is, it's also in line with what he'd say as a villager. So ... meh. The fact that nobody has owned up to blocking him pushes me away from voting for him. Well. That and the fact that I mistakenly hounded in in the Greek game so I owe him one.

Also, the last time I played with complete new kids, at least one of them was a wolf. Some mods RNG but I'm not convinced they all do. What better under the radar wolf than a new kid that no one wants to investigate? So I don't buy the innocent noob card (although I think rojo is right in that lynching them right away isn't too encouraging to them 😛)

not criticizing... just talking about my personal opinion. noobs are just as likely to be wolves as experienced players.

Don't currently have a grudge against you, although that time you cursed me out really got to me, but I let it go.
 
I received Rumpelstiltskin knife at the beginning of this day. I tried to use it to make Rumple reveal a wolf to me, because in the show if you have the knife you control Rumple, but mod gods said it has to be used on someone. So I was thinking it has to be used on Gold/Rumple? Wonder if that would convert the person into a wolf though?

I don't think the hobo type of role should out themselves... i mean, if someone used an item to block SOV, then sure, they can speak up, but you really want the hobo to oust themselves day 1? :shrug: The whole SOV thing is a "noted and appreciated" tid bit of information that doesn't sway things. And I think the LIS/DVMD rivalry isn't much of a grudge as it is mutual distain and respect 😛

When I mod I definitely am <willing> to muck with the RNG on the role assignment. I don't screw with RNG once the game is rolling, but I'm not going to put an entire game together and then let RNG put together the world's worst group of wolves. I won't stack the wolves, but I will protect them from being a complete collection of new/inexperienced players.

I mean, my goal in role assignment is not to muck with it, but....

But without <any> evidence I'm with Rojo - why lynch someone who hasn't even had a chance to figure out how to play?

My guess it kills Rumple but probably does something bad to the user as well.
