Why?

Vote analysis and their comments after write up. Both struck me as enough to start my vote there for today.

I don't like their vote at all. That was the worst wagon and they were comfortably in it after following some joke votes.

It seems like “Village Emoji Giver” is a common role that keeps showing up for the dead, may they Rest In Peace.

Yeah. We should be careful not to over analyze, but it might be good information to have.

Struck me as either wolf PR hunting or more likely noob wolf surprised that all of the villagers have the same role.

What do you mean by "where have I been"? I have to completely close SDN when I'm playing WW because I can't get any studying done if I have it up in the background. And yesterday night I was graciously offered last minute to go in and 'help' with a PU sx on a cat, so that's why I wasn't on until after yeet close, and tonight I had to go back to the hospital so my dogs could get vaccinated.

This was my kneejerk thought at seeing the write-up. I thought sunshine was a strange kill choice too. My first thought was sunshine and Lainey gave the same person emojis that triggered the kills, but seems a little crazy for any game especially one that's supposed to be basic 🤔



Anything in particular? This morning I was moving barks into slightly wolfy, but I've been agreeing with her thoughts she posted today and I agree with her thoughts on bread. I was considering going there as well today. I haven't ISO'd them yet, but something that stuck out to me was how active they were at the very beginning of the game with all the off-topic conversations and now that the game has picked up they've sort of faded into the background.

Please has been sounding slightly village to me, and I'm going back and forth on enigma. I think there was likely one wolf at on the prints or shorty wagons last night so if I'm using that logic it has to be one of them and/or zenge. I'm also leaning slightly wolfy on kras.

Alley and april I'm not sure about so they're neutral for now.

I think Bread is my strongest wolf read right now though so

And iirc, there was at least one game where the someone with limited village killing power could only kill at night, it didn't happen immediately during the day. But AM made that comment about the vig kill being immediate. Would AM have timed her shot to look like a NK to sidestep vig speculation? Don't think so, but it would be nice to know why so many died last night.

Wonder who did this kill and why now. Village or wolf? I could see it coming from either side tbh.

I'm trying to remember what other games we had where villagers had a lot of kill power. Didn't go very well iirc.

If you are out there and you are village with kill power, please consider holstering unless you're really super super sure someone is wolf (like last game Sporty's second shot on bulletproof wolf sure.) Like you have some actual evidence from PR mod results or something damning.

4 NKs last night and one was probably from a wolf pack and another from AM. We know genny was a day vig and was killed last night so it's near impossible she was responsible for one of those kills. I'm not wolf-reading bread because he's a low poster I'm wolf-reading him partially for his dramatic change in posting tempo from the beginning of D1 to now.

Also his erratic voting patterns yesterday. Including jumping on and off the shorty wagon and just placing a vote on himself.

this is another one that makes me icky about TE. i feel like it has a similar flavor to "idk anyone so i cant read them", in the special addition "the only thing i'm willing to stand solidly on is that villagers are probably not gonna be going for me", despite the odds simply being villagers will yeet villagers.

but at this point, i'm inclined to go with the former

Not necessarily defending Enigma, but former experience with players makes people more confident with their reads. Like how I am somehow playing to my wolf meta when I only played a wolf once and played similarly last game when a villager.

a couple of people have read this as overexplainy and it frustrates me because at the same time it didn't seem like i gave enough explanation for the same thing.
as far as guiding zenge to join me on the vote, that wasn't my intention, i was making sure zenge saw my explanation for my pawprints vote since he was replying to barks' commen. I read zenge's post as potentially joining barks on the vote for me, not potentially joining me on the vote for prints

...I kinda killed Mayo in the apocalypse and people felt more confident that I was villager for a couple days. Just saying that because on one side it is not a big brain move and the other side it was a mega brain move.

Still way back on page 10 (and not going to finish this catch up tonight - but will continue on in the morning) but I think I'm actually sliding Enigma less wolfy for this post after I picked out a shorty post to question. Doesn't really feel like something a young wolf would do - defending a villager - when she hadn't been involved in the conversation (which was basically me talking to myself) at all at that point

I don't really see what was wolfy about it, but i can't remember the context off hand. I feel the same way about D1 being hard from the one noob game I've played, though this 36/12 cycle (with more experienced players) really does give a lot more to work with now that I've seen it play out. 12/12 noob game I knew NOTHING D1 and things were mostly a shot in the dark

Wolf leans:
Dina - Need to do an iso, but I had a note of him wolfy yesterday before the vote. The shorty vote didn't help. I don't think he killed AM fwiw.
Alley - Stayed on a grudge vote last night. Safely out of notice.
Zenge - for reasons stated

N/W aka There's a wolf in this pile but probably only one:

kras - same as bread, but with a pigeon
SAR - silent early, coming out stronger wolf hunting today which I like.

Village Leans:
WZ & Cray both seem to be wolf hunting and similar to previous village plays. If I'm wrong then I'm sure their pockets are warm.

April has played a bit better each game and feels she is village again on that same curve. Her read list today was very similar to what I would point out.
