Wanted to give Nate/Santy the benefit of the doubt. Wasn't a fan of Khepri's True/fluff push and decided to go there. Why?

alkdj;afkdskf I feel like crap, didn't catch up fast enough, why did I yeet my buddy who I've missed
this game is frustrating sometimes
yeah agreed with genny herethis sounds like you expect fluff to flip village.
VCA unpairing thought for later is that I don't think True/Zenge are w/w. I wouldn't expect True's vote to have been that static if they were partners. (It's probably also unpairing to a lesser extent with True/Fluff).
Could you elaborate on this a bit in terms of staticness?
True's vote was just sitting on Santy for most of the phase while Zenge was a pretty significant wagon. I'd expect a partner to try to get counterwagons going or push back against the Zenge wagon etc. True didn't seem that concerned about Zenge's wagon, so that makes me think they're not paired.
Could you explain for about the fluff anti-pairing too?
I was under the impression that Truey’s static vote was due to not being caught up though? He also didn't move his vote when I tied Fluff/Zenge. But that's a weaker unpairing since he was also busy at the point that I tied those wagons.
He was poe and I tr the other two options at the timeWhy pls
Its a combination of not really agreeing with the reasons presented to sus them + feeling intent / liking some of their reads + Realization that even if we have some differents reads or positioning in some slots we reached a similar PoE and like, I feel we are aligned. I will work on casing Nate after sleeping, I put an alarm to not oversleep plsBecause you think his solving vibes look good?
The way they pushed True. I saw it with conviction and I saw the sus and vibed with it.What caused this change?

If he's town, sure. If he's a wolf, to me it just means he didn't need to care about the wagons. Hence unpaired.I was under the impression that Truey’s static vote was due to not being caught up though?
Why not? Its pushing to try to get your scumread yeeted. I'ts something I've done tbh.2. Sevens insistence on Nanooks to vote for Truey even with accounting for Nanooks’s TR of Truey doesn’t sit well with me
What if wolf!Truey was anticipating a wolf!Zenges wagon would dissipate even within an hour before yeet close given that other people were being actively discussed as well? And trying to intervene earlier would make the movements look more obvious? If he's town, sure. If he's a wolf, to me it just means he didn't need to care about the wagons. Hence unpaired.
Regarding the bold, the concern was pertaining to laying low during the earlier dominant Zenges discussion on top of following the fluffy votes. Its a combination of not really agreeing with the reasons presented to sus them + feeling intent / liking some of their reads + Realization that even if we have some differents reads or positioning in some slots we reached a similar PoE and like, I feel we are aligned. I will work on casing Nate after sleeping, I put an alarm to not oversleep pls
Ok that is a good point. Why not? Its pushing to try to get your scumread yeeted. I'ts something I've done tbh.
And it also serves as a test of how firm is the tr on the slot you are asking too. Its good in my book.
What do you think would be the wolfy agenda for W!Khepri insistence here ?
I was flustered and felt like I needed to choose one of the three wagons to put my vote on. Felt very weak to spend all that time catching up and not make an impactful vote, but when push came to shove I didn't have a clear wolf-read.Explain warmly
Falling asleep so I will give more in the morning:@Truenamer walk me through your reads pls.
Bad news @Zenge142, they're onto us and our precognitive powersWhat if wolf!Truey was anticipating a wolf!Zenges wagon would dissipate even within an hour before yeet close given that other people were being actively discussed as well? And trying to intervene earlier would make the movements look more obvious?
@Animal Biggleswife Idk why that's funny?@genny I'm curious to hear your read on AM
why are you asking genny@genny I'm curious to hear your read on AM
Because my fingers typed the letters g-e-n-n-ywhy are you asking genny

Do you see all of these as compatible with one another, or are there pairings you feel are incompatible?@Zenpocrit I'm looking at True, genny, mkg, and Clem.
I don't see any as incompatible.Do you see all of these as compatible with one another, or are there pairings you feel are incompatible?
How are you reading Lawpy?I don't see any as incompatible.
Still neutral for some reason. Hoping to get a better grasp on him soon. How are you reading Lawpy?
Me too. It’s probably not worth the paper it’s printed on though.@genny I'm curious to hear your read on AM
For reference. So the above here, to me, feels distinctly different from what is going on this game. He *does* have questions in there too, but you can see there's quite a bit of additional content with offering his own thoughts, a reads list, etc.
@Santygrass
What's your take on the other votes for you?
Again another question related to Zenge, they are giving attention to things related to Zenge. Still dont feel like any of the questions was with the intent of putting pressure.Explain Zenge to me, when you have a moment.
This and the AM vote one I can understand why you could describe it as weak/bad ones. But I am keeping this one specifically cause it was the one who clearly showed after to have an *intent* and develop a read.
Yeah I think it's the vote that's been the most "static" (I say as someone who hasn't voted yet). And it seems like Santy's push on Zenge has given enough to be readable one way or the other (at least for a day one opinion). I have thoughts on Santy but I want to hear what True's read is first.
This is the 'giving stuff of his own thoughts' that you say its missing here @potentialsheltervet . And its a thought that goes along with thei questioning of first votes + early focus in Zenge + Read on me .Yeah I'm asking why he's still there and what his current thoughts are. Voting there initially seemed pretty obviously like a salt vote for getting wolfed last game.
This os them being proactive tbh? Like , if you think 'They are doing questions to prod/put pressure/whatev' , them putting the vote on fluff doesnt add up with that perspectiveYeet Fluff
Let's see where this goes.
And this is just a villagery post. This isnt a hedgy vote, more like a nuance and shows that they are keeping track of stuff. This is a good post, even better now that we know that fluff was V.I also keep mulling on this post. At this point Zenge was the only real wagon with 4 votes, and Fluff was clearly aware of the state of things. Does w!Fluff push back against the lead wagon if it's a townie? Is this a w/w perspective, or just t!Fluff worried about a misyeet?
This question to Zenge GOAT too. Like its them figuring stuff related to the stuff they want to figure out atm? Idk how to describe it, but I can see the *intent* of solve in the questions? You don't fully agree with AM's Fluff push. Do you think Fluff is town?
Attention to detail, prob Unpaired with True (?)You're not caught up but you saw the "slip"?
More explanation and 'Own Thought' irt to Fluff/Zenge stuff that I think shows the nuance there is legit. For the reasoning I said in what you quoted, it didn't seem (to me) like how I would expect a w!Fluff to comment on a t!Zenge wagon. Saying they didn't like the wagon and following that up with basically a neutral Zenge read doesn't really buy them anything.
And this explanation of how was he analyzing and their intent with the Fluff vote is LockVilla. I just love it. Its something I do too and seeing that Nate was keeping track of that and is trying to form reads from that stuff is just super villagery in my eyes.I was curious to tie it up and see if anyone took the opportunity to push the Fluff or Zenge wagon into the lead, but the vote moves after that were a couple votes leaving the Zenge wagon (Genny unvoting, and Santy moving to Khepri), which didn't ping me as pushing any particular agenda.
I townread their reason to Tr AM, even if they even dint say it. Doesnt feel wolfy lolI tend to spend more time prodding at other people's worldviews in the early going.
As of right now I think You, PSV, Genny, and AM are town (not in any sort of order).
I read Zenge's early posts the same way you did, and I townread your stubbornness there despite a decent amount of pushback. I find that wolves will soften their stance more quickly if they start feeling like a push could backfire.
PSV tone-wise seems the same as last game, and they've been putting in effort to dig up meta from prior games. I've gotten a solving mindset from that.
Genny has hit a couple town points for me. One was underlining True's little jailer soft. Wolves tend to put that in a back pocket rather than drawing attention to it. Also thought p#152 from her showed depth of thought, pointing out an inconsistency in True's response to a question he asked AM.
AM I'm townreading for a possibly dumb reason but I'm going with it for now.
I've liked the work Khepri's putting in, but he also feels different here than the town games I spectated. Less... "floaty"? Not sure how to describe it, and there's also the grain of salt that it's a new community he hasn't played in before.
And like, they reach almost my PoE with different reads in their Townleans/Strong Villas? Like wowee this is something that makes me feel good. Cause they didnt align themselves with me, cause they had different reads, but just feeling that we are in a similar view of the game makes me feel confident in th being Villa too.And I'd say I town lean Lawpy/MKG/Clem.
That just leaves True/Khepri/Fluff/Zenge as shades of POE.
VCA unpairing thought for later is that I don't think True/Zenge are w/w. I wouldn't expect True's vote to have been that static if they were partners. (It's probably also unpairing to a lesser extent with True/Fluff).
Another example of Nate keeping track of the votes, and pushing reads in that way, going along with the read they had on True initial vote and the initial Zenge Focus.... Like omg the approach is so consistent and the solving just clicks. This is Villa plsTrue's vote was just sitting on Santy for most of the phase while Zenge was a pretty significant wagon. I'd expect a partner to try to get counterwagons going or push back against the Zenge wagon etc. True didn't seem that concerned about Zenge's wagon, so that makes me think they're not paired.
This feels like it AM wasn’t been able to get a good handle on Lawpy yet. That’s concerning.Still neutral for some reason. Hoping to get a better grasp on him soon.
Especially in light of the NK choice. As for Lawpy, I don't think he's game solving. He's throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks. He's posting a fair amount but a lot of it is throwing sus like a monkey throwing turds.
Another thing is that AM historically has a 100% correct read rate on Lawpy.

TOC Updated 🙂
I wasn't?...then why were you pushing so hard for True/fluff?
First of all AM didn’t soft. She never softs. She hates any and all role reveals short of Innocent child. Also, AM being the Jailer could mean that they softed it somewhere and the mafia did a correct PR hunt.
That isn’t anywhere true what. I had my thought process in D1 and my votes and reasoning weren’t random nor unjustified. As for Lawpy, I don't think he's game solving.
