Biology II w/lab Chemistry II w/lab Calculus I Microbiology

So, I see a lot of schools require Microbiology, however, how do I know if a lower level introduction to Microbiology will meet the requirements. Does anyone have a list of schools that will take a 2000 level microbiology course?

I'll have taken Intro Mollecular/Cellular and Genetics (both w/ lab) before I take the MCAT. Do I really need Intro to Organismal before I take my MCAT or is it easy enough to self-study?
