Looks like I am in good company here 🙂, well w.e its their loss to reject so many SDNers. GL everyone still in the game here.
 
Looks like I'm the only one rejected post-interview.Not even graced with a waitlist. Did they just hate me so?:laugh:
 
Pre-interview rejection here as well. I was pretty surprised, to be perfectly honest...
 
invited to harvard and pre-interview rejected here. This process is full of surprises. Maybe I was supposed to send them a letter of interest, or a post-secondary application thank-you note, or something. i can't keep track of all this ****.
 
i'll join the pre-interview rejection crowd as well, looks like it was a massacre.
 
Sorry about your rejections. It's their loss. Did you find out via status page, email, or snail mail? It seems too early for snail mail, though...

More like on hold. Still haven't heard anything since July 1st. Or they haven't evaluate my file yet.
 
So if you havn't been rejected pre-interview yet, would that mean you're still in the running?... Personally, I think they probably just lost my application or something. I totally forgot I even applied here until I was reviewing my bank statements and saw that I had paid for a secondary here in June... Silent rejections are frustrating..

are you sure they didn't make a mistake? I thought they waitlist everyone that does not get accepted....just curious...do you mind posting your mcat and gpa?

I got waitlisted this morning lol 😴
 
Dang Rochester, all these rejections are making me afraid to check my email now...

Sounds like they aren't being that silent about it! :laugh:

I didn't get anything from them today either. I hope that's good news. :xf:
 
Wow. Quite a Monday with all these rejections. I haven't received any emails and nothing new on my status page either but I suddenly don't feel too optimistic with all these rejections. :scared:

Rejected, but I gotta say that was one of the nicest rejection letters I've ever read.

same no rejection today but no good news either. When gtown and boston did mass rejections like this they were spread out over a few days, id assume something similar would happen here. This is the one school in NY I really wanted to check out...hope the fact we didnt get rejections today at least means something...other then that they cant send out 1000s of rejections in one day :laugh:

Hopefully this rejection period won't occur over a few days... Yeah, I thought I was safe after the first day of a Boston mass rejection day, and then boom, I was rejected the next day.

Shoot, I hope that doesn't mean bad news for me 🙁

I interviewed several days before you and I haven't heard anything and I've been obsessively checking my mailbox/online status. I have read previously some reviewers may be quicker than others...but it still puts me on pins and needles!!

:xf: here's to hoping for some good news soon!

wow. SDN actually made me feel better knowing that so many of us got rejected on Monday.

When I saw so many people getting rejected Monday I braced myself for my rejection email from here. Haven't gotten it so far. :xf: Maybe they just haven't looked at my app yet and I'll be in the next round. LOL Been complete since 10/06 and haven't heard anything.

Aside from the cold and snow (I hate winter) this school looked like a good fit for me.

Interviewed 10/2, OOS, second cycle.

Probably going to end up here, I am a Rochester native.

Pre interview rejection...was sad until i came here and saw that a lot of u guys are in the same boat .....oh well...wasnt one of my top choices anyways...

P.S: For those u got rejected....good luck ...will get in somewhere👍

first post--hope I dont screw it up lol.

Accepted (first acceptance too) via status page 11/19! Interviewed 10/9.

I really enjoyed the whole experience at this school. Maybe ill see some of you guys there.
