I didn't. And I interviewed 11/23. I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but I think you can get accepted w/o a hold status?

If you haven't received the hold status in a reasonable amount of time, i.e. 2-4 weeks, after your interview CONTACT the school! It has been known for your interviewer to misplace your application.

on another note....i interviewed at the school today, and i must say that i was not very impressed, at least based on the reputation that had preceded the school prior to my interview/application. yes, the facility was great, but the food was a bit salty-- the medical campus was not very 'student-friendly' by what i had gathered....good luck to all

nope! everyone who is on hold will remain on hold unless accepted or waitlisted/rejected later in the cycle!! or this is my understanding: status update at 6pm = accepted! anyone can confirm?

nope. it just continues to say "app on hold...anticipate oct, dec, ...etc."

They often update the website well before the 6 o'clock email is sent out, so it's worth checking before you get the email. That is, if you are one of the OCD people that needs to know things ASAP

I can't guarantee anything, but probably not. If you don't get the email then you know for sure.

I really, really hope so - but I won't deny that it worries me.

Maybe we're just so awesome they didn't even want to bother holding us, since it would have been pointless.

November 23rd. So I had 3 committee meetings for them to put a hold message on my status. Dr. Whitehurst-Cook said our group would definitely be elligible for today.
