Rejected…I'm on the waitlist at several other schools so I'm not incredibly disappointed but the gravity of the situation is slowly sinking in that my life here in Phoenix that I have built over the last decade is now over.

Congrats on all the waitlists and acceptances! I got the rejection today, unfortunately. Great school, great faculty, great new building -- but who the heck knows what they are looking for, ha.

For me the cycle is officially over. I only applied to Phoenix and Tucson -- and seeing as how I only got into Tucson -- I'm going to Tucson!

If I go to Tucson I have to move away from my husband and the house that I own. So I don't know that I want to do that. We'll see.

I should also say that we own a house here too but are still going to keep it and move to Tucson AND we will still be better off or about the same with regard to debt because of the cost to become a DO at Midwestern. And I believe that U of A will provide a better education overall which is what really matters.
