Bummer indeed. Thank you for sharing. I interviewed in the last 3 dates and haven't heard back yet. Anyone else in the same boat?

Now I feel like it could be another week for the rest of us. Oh wells.

I interviewed the 22nd and haven't had any news yet. Their notifications seem pretty random.

Not sure, but considering that the committee has clinicians and maybe students on there, I can imagine it would be hard to coordinate a meeting more than 1x per week.

Has anyone else STILL not gotten a pre-interview rejection? I have nothing via email or status check. They stopped interviewing a MONTH ago...😡

Has anyone heard anything about financial aid? I know they sent reminders to get the FAFSA done, but did any actual offers go out yet? I completed mine awhile ago with no further news and I am worried that I might be missing some hidden deadline.

Are we just supposed to wait until they contact us with either further instruction/request for documentation?

Or, if there is no documentation request by now, are we just waiting for the actual offer?

Thanks!

Not a peep here either =\

Also, question for any current students: how's the gym on campus?

Hoping this is the week the rest of us have been waiting for. Good luck!

I kept my old gym membership so I've never been, but I hear it's pretty nice. It's less than a year old so I assume all the machines are still in good condition. It's on the smaller side but there are way fewer students at HSC than UPC. If you want the big gym/Olympic swimming pool experience, you can always take the free shuttle to UPC.

I talked to financial aid last week, and we will find out what we're getting mid-end of april.

The gym is sweet. It was just built, so brand new everything. Basketball courts, IM teams, etc. Its great.

Sweet, thank you (also thanks to DaisyBuchanan) for the gym info.👍

Definitely looking forward to some IM basketball!

The new gym is nice, I go there to run sometimes when it's dark or rainy. I don't often have trouble getting the machine I want. It's big enough for the campus population and it has everything you would need! Some of my classmates are setting some gnarly squatting and benching records there, haha.

Aside from the gym, there is a new field on campus that the soccer club has been playing on lately. Some other active stuff that people do frequently: tennis, running, surfing, hiking, softball, golf, skiing/snowboarding, volleyball, yoga.

No... sigh. It's been a long day. I need some good news.

Best of luck to both of you! But if you're accepted you should give up your spot so I can get off the waitlist. Haha, jk, sorta. 😀

Still nothing for me as well.

not trying to be a dick, but trying to be realistic - it's probably not looking too good seeing as they stopped interviewing (as you said) a month ago. either call the office or i think it's time to stop waiting...

Oh I'm not waiting, I know I'm rejected, I'm just annoyed. They're obviously not a silent rejection school, as they gave out lots of pre-interview rejections during the last week of interviews. It just seems like either they decided to skip a few of us for the lulz, or they mishandled a few applications. Either way I'm annoyed.

Good luck everyone waiting for good news. :luck:

People with 15 interview invites and 5 acceptances shouldn't get to be annoyed.

Yeah, this is just standard practice. Despite handing out rejections earlier, some schools just leave you hanging until August.

It's frustrating for people but I have to agree with you. Being a reapplicant puts a lot of this process in perspective...

Anyone hear anything this week? No post-interview rejections on SDN, right? Argh.

I didn't hear anything yet. It's been 6 weeks now for me. I'm starting to think they forgot about me!!

Haha! Yes! In my excitement I wrote admissions instead of acceptance!

just got alternate listed and I interviewed 2/29. do we have any ideas about waitlist movement for Keck?

Same. Disheartening but still have a chance. Keck has been my top choice for a long time.

well worth it! but now comes the decision making...

good luck to those still waiting! and congrats to the accepted people! any idea when second look is?

Second look is on Friday, April 27th. 8:30A-2:30P. Students only.

Congrats to all those accepted! 👍

Like many of you, I'm thankful to be staying in the golden state.

Bench / squat records? Must be pre-ortho 😛

By the sound of it, I won't be needing a separate gym membership.
