The school will be understanding for you guys in terms of rescheduling. It is just one of those situations that no one has much control over. I recommend that you email first and wait a few days to call. If everyone calls the admissions office on Wednesday morning (when the school is currently scheduled to reopen) that will not be a good thing (think of how you would feel if tons of worried applicants started calling you at the same time to ask the same questions). These type of things happen in life, and you occasionally just have to adapt. It will all work out.
 
I was complete on 8/12 and my status still says that I am complete and will be reviewed. They have probably seen my application at this point and passed over it, right?

I was complete shortly after you and have the same status. I feel like we should have seen something about being under review; others have. I'm thinking about giving them a call as soon as things calm down in Philly.

They say that they do review one app couple times.
 
Still waiting for the mail here. Is there a deadline for the deposit? Hoping this letter ever gets here.
 
Thanks. I guess what I'm wondering is how do they know when we receive the letter? The storm has obviously really messed things up.

I would wait 10-14 days when you received notification of a decision (10 if on East Coast, 14 if on West Coast). If the letter has not arrived by then, give them a call.
 
I just got the "a final decision has been reached" status update. I'm nervous now!

I admit I haven't been following the thread, but has anyone been rejected post-interview yet?

At one of my interviews, one of the interviewers took two weeks to submit my interview evaluation. Because of this, my decision occurred two weeks after most others from my interview date. Hang in there!

Not that we've seen here, but a lot of us haven't received our mail. <panic>:boom:

9/19 interview

no status change 🙁

still says "your interview has been scheduled..."
 
interview invite! 🙂 found out via status check on 10/30... complete around early september i believe 🙂
 
I finally called them, and they haven't even mailed my letter, so it may be quite a while for some of us.

Got the "A final decision has been reached and a letter will be mailed to your preferred address." status today.
Interviewed on Oct 3rd. Now the wait for the dreaded snail mail!!!

I also interviewed on October 3 and only just got this update: "Your file is currently under review by a member of the admissions committee and will be sent to committee shortly. No decision has yet been made regarding your admission status to Drexel University."

Why are you so slow and inconsistent, Drexel?!

I interviewed on the 2nd and also have that status....this is excruciating.
 
I interviewed a week ago today and my status just changed to "Your file is currently under review by a member of the admissions committee", maybe they're picking up the pace!

Mine just changed too. Any idea as to how long before the status changes to "decision/final decision"? I know it probably varies but I'm curious if there is a general time frame.
 
I have been complete for a while now and no interview invite. My status says a letter will be sent to your mail with status information. What does that mean? An admissions representative said they send all types of statuses through letter. I wonder what will it be.

That doesn't sound too promising...our interview invites were through email.

Yea sorry man it's most likely a rejection. The pre-interview hold is a status online and interview invites are sent through email.
 
Mine is still "complete and under review" since early August.

Interviewed 9/19...still no status update. It still says:

Your interview has been scheduled. If you've already appeared for the interview, your application will now be progressing through the Admissions Committee process.

Maybe they lost my file? Arg, this is so frustrating.
 
can someone clear this up for me, because i see contradicting posts:

are interview invites sent by email, or do you have to check status online? seems like both are happening independently?
