How long did it take you guys to get a notification email of them getting your primary app? I was verified on 8/7 but haven't heard a thing and it's the only school that hasn't sent me an email yet.

Thank you! I was under review for a while. I was complete in mid July so I guess I was under review since then. I got no email about the interview. After confirming the interview I didn't get a confirmation email either. I guess they take care of everything on the secondary site.

Excellent news! Congratulations. It is a wonderful school and campus. I had the pleasure of recently attending the White Coat Ceremony as a guest and the faculty seem very genuine as well.

I am beyond excited about this interview! Thanks for the positive words! 🙂

I hope I can get a secondary with my 3.6 GPA, 28 MCAT. I have strong activities/work experience, not sure if URM makes a difference in how they view my application. I'm waiting to be verified still 🙁

We got verified the same day so I'll let you know if I get one haha. They haven't even received my primary it seems. It seems like UCI and UCR are the slowest this year.

I don't think so. I talked about something that occurred in my early high schol years. If it is your biggest personal accomplishment, then just be honest and talk about it 👍

Just received secondary today. AMCAS was verified on 8/18. I was really surprised that I got a secondary invite. IS, GPA 3.31. Low 30's MCAT. Does anyone know how many secondary do they send out every cycle?

Like for math, it says one quarter of calc and one quarter of stats is req.
I took 2 quarters of calc and one 1 of stats. Should I list all three or just two?

Hardly even a slight disadvantage; it's still early in the cycle! Being on SDN and seeing the majority of the folks here submit their AMCAS the first week of June + already have interviews makes everyone else 10x more neurotic than they should be

I would say severe disadvantage is if you get your secondary in later than mid September. Better now than next week, though 😛
