interviewing here tomorrow 🙂 excited!
It usually ends mid-April. They don't release decisions until February 1 so if you interview before January it probably won't make a difference. This is seriously disheartening though, even more so than most other schools. They sent out a huge wave of interview invites in early August to the people who submitted secondaries by mid July, filling up interview dates from September to mid November. Everyone who submitted after the very early group is stuck with a 4 week completion time and probably December interviews. Yikes. When does the interview season end for Einstein?
You should give them a call tomorrow when their offices are open. They're very nice people, and I'm sure they can give you the answer to the question most accurately and completely.Sorry if this was asked before but the search option on sdn mobile doesn't work very well.
I'm completing the secondary and I'm not sure about the question "have you taken time off since graduation". Do they mean time off from school? I graduated, started a Master's immediately afterwards, then postbac immediately after... So there is no "time off" from school but quite a few years have passed since my undergrad graduation. Should I click "yes" or "no"?
NopeI tried looking this up but I'm still not entirely sure, is on-campus housing absolutely mandatory for all four years?
Nope
You should be getting one by the end of the week. I submitted around the same time 8/25 or so and got one last week.Came here to see if Einstein takes more than a month to send complete emails. Apparently they do. I submitted 8/29 and still have not received a complete email. So, the waiting continues.

II this morning, too! Pleasant email to wake up to haha. Complete around mid-Aug.II this morning! I submitted the secondary 8/1 but wasn't marked complete until 9/12. The available interview dates are mid-December through early January
They shot out a ton of IIs early on and nothing since.
Loving the silence.
Got an II today! Complete mid July.
I have a question that needs to be answered ASAP! If I booked an interview from 8:30am to 9:30am, when is the actual interview day over? As in, is there a tour of the school that lasts til past 3pm? I have a flight that leaves 5pm that day :/
You vegetable dudes mind sharing your stats? And if you're IS?
At least you're waiting for an II. I still haven't received my complete email yet...one month later. 🙁
Took them 41 days to mark mine complete so hang in there!
41 days?!?! Darn it, I should've applied earlier.
On another note, do you really like vegetables? Digging the username!
Haha thanks! I'm a vegetarian and my friends jokingly call me "veggie boy", hence the username
Edit: Oh, and to answer your question: yes I do really like vegetables

How long have you been waiting?
It's been 39 days for me and still no complete email 🙁
According to US News for in-state applicants, 1697 applied, 399 interviewed, 147 acceptances, 74 enrolled. For IS students, how many interviews are usually given and how many acceptances are handed out?
Thanks! How much did you pay for the US News data btw?According to US News for in-state applicants, 1697 applied, 399 interviewed, 147 acceptances, 74 enrolled.
Nah.The most recent interview date available was January 6 for me. IS applicant. II on Saturday October 4. Complete on September 16.
Is this a late interview do you think?

Post interview IS and OOS odds are very similar. You can see my MD Apps for a review, although I interviewed on the first day.Pretty good chances then if you are IS and invited to interview. Has anyone interviewed here recently and want to share their experience?
as a general rule I would say no, to any school. letters of intent are for after you have 1) interviewed at this school, so really know something about it 2) have been to plenty of other schools, so you have a basis for comparison/small chance of changing your mind. it is not the right time in the season/cycle to be sending theseHi everyone! I am new to this thread, and am currently in the process of applying to medical schools. Congratulations to everyone who has received an interview! I wish you the best of luck.
I was wondering if anyone knew whether Albert Einstein is receptive to letters of intent pre-interview invite or not? I was complete 07/29 and have not heard from them yet.
Thank you!
