You guys I will never, ever look at the colors red and green the same way again. Never.
It means during interview season which starts in sept.

To answer the questions about status and in progress...once your file is "under review" it will have a green check mark. There are a number of different reasons why it may take longer to go under review and you are supposed to get an email when it goes under review. Although some have reported not receiving it.
I was complete on 7/8 and haven't heard anything either

+1 for 7/6, I'm at green check mark and in progress. Never received complete email, but have complete status in the communication tab. I'm hoping the lack of rejection just means that we are still up for consideration for future interview invites.
What are these reasons, just out of curiosity? And how long before I should worry that it's not in progress yet?
I'm part of the group that is still waiting, but we all need to exercise some patience. Just because you weren't sent an II a week after you applied or in the first wave of II, doesn't mean you are for sure rejected. It is still extremely early in the game and there is no point in speculating what is happening, because no one really knows except for adcoms.
There is nothing to worry about since we are getting a lot of apps a day it takes time to get through them all. Different people take different amounts of time to screen.
You are not under review until your MCAT score and all your LOR are turned in and processed through AMCAS.

For what it's worth, I was complete very early, had the green check for a while, and then got an II on Monday. Don't give up hope!

Oh. I was complete on 7/10 but I still don't have a green check mark, so I'm starting to worry just a bit. Anyone else complete 7/10 or before and still doesn't have a green check mark? Letters, scores, and everything else are already in.
