My interviewer literally had my application open on his computer with his notes during the interview. So yes. 100% open file.

From what I can extrapolate, the lack of the "Delay Email" means you have a higher likely hood of getting rejected. For the people who have actually received interviews, did you receive "The Email" before you got your II?

I think you got your II before that email went out, though... most people got it on Friday, Oct. 7. Blegh... still worried it's a bad sign. @FireBreathingAstonaut I haven't seen anybody that didn't receive that email subsequently get an II :|
BU's admission makes a really good effort to be candid about the process. All that email meant is literally that they are taking longer to get to your app than they thought. It doesn't mean anything good or bad, just that you're probably going to be waiting some more before you hear anything. The people that didn't get it just submitted earlier and already have been reviewed. And even if you already have been reviewed and haven't heard anything or didn't get the delay email, doesn't mean you won't continue to get reviewed in different piles until the end of the process. Stop worrying yourself, it doesn't mean anything good or bad either way.

II just this morning! Complete 8/9 and I *didn't* get "the email" a couple weeks ago. While the available dates are now firmly in the second round of interviews, still better than nothing! (Especially after a less-than-stellar day yesterday)

II today, LizzyM ~73,complete mid-late July I think? Got "the email" last week. Dates available throughout November. I live in Boston so it'll be nice to not have to travel for an interview!
