Really can't prepare for it. I didn't believe anybody before but you really can't. Just be yourself.

Congrats on the invite! I know you want substantial tips, but honestly there is nothing anyone can tell you to help you. You really can't prepare for the interview. Just be friendly, honest, and genuine. However, if you're dead set on some sort of preparation you could youtube Kevin Ahern, he has some nice videos about the MMI process. However, you don't need to worry about preparing for the interview, honestly. Just be yourself and have fun!

Supposedly it's a email which specifically tells you youre put on hold. Also silence since July here. Not sure if it's a good or bad sign at this point.

I guess it all depends on whether or not they're the silent rejection type for pre-II. I know they savage for pre-secondaries

Still no II or "on hold" email...been complete since early july. I've literally lived in this area my entire life and have worked at this hospital for a long time and have not heard anything since submitting my secondary. What do people think about sending interest letters?
