Same here. But like I said earlier some people who interviewed last year around the same time as us heard back 2 weeks later, so there's still some hope
 
Put on alternate list :/

Anyone know how many people they accept off the list?

Um, any chance there was a glitch in the system? I got accepted (interviewed 10/27) which seems Effing early... Really don't wanna wake up tomorrow and get trolled.

Average stats for school, OOS, and non-URM :/ (~3.6, 35 (15/11/9))- ergo the skepticism

Probably not the adcom meets every other monday so they must have met today? I'm surprised you heard today though since dr arias said she sends out decisions on tuesdays

They met today. Fairly certain it's not a mistake.
 
Definitely don't freak out if you interviewed before 10/27 and didn't get an acceptance yesterday! I interviewed the week of 09/19 and just heard back yesterday. I remember how disappointed I was on 10/17 when I didn't hear anything and thought for sure I was gonna get waitlisted or rejected.
 
Well boys and girls, looks like last night was no trolling. This was my first choice, so I'll likely be in attendance come fall. Don't hesitate to PM if you plan on matriculating too. I'm not type A and will likely be the biggest goon of 2021. Best of luck to all still fighting the good fight.

I guess they wanted to accept you so hard that they gave you your acceptance really early! Congrats!!!
 
any pre-II rejections? do they do those before the end of Interview season?
 
Has anyone been rejected post interview or is the default to be waitlisted?
 
So reality check. If I applied mid-October here, do I basically have no chance? I'm OOS, GPA: 3.98, MCAT: 513. I put a ton of thought into my application but I'm just worried that being late kind of destroyed my chances of getting into an awesome school like this. Thanks everyone and congrats to all of you guys who've gotten good news!

Complete early August as well. Wondering every day if there really is a "B pile" or have our apps been pushed aside for good... I mean, there have been quite a few rejections so maybe we still have a reasonable shot?

Should be tomorrow. Dean Arias said they meet every other Monday (i.e. Today), and then the decisions come out the next day (every other Tuesday) around 3 pm pacific time.
