Regarding their interview process, when they say "a personal 1-on-1 interview as well as a structured interview" I assume the latter means an MMI right?
That is what I assumed too, but looking at last year's thread this was what was said about it
They basically give you questions that you shouldn't have preparation for. They pop you with a question and you answer to the best of your ability. Not sure why it's called "structured" when both types of interview have some structure. I would instead call it platonic speed dating, lol.
I guess they wanted to see how you think through things which is similar to MMI, but there weren't any dystopian ethics cases which is typical of MMI. The questions were geared to let interviewers know a bit more about you. I even drew jelly fishes at one point 😛. I'm being vague for confidentiality reasons, but I hope you got what I was trying to say. Basically, it's super stress free and fun. But of course, there is method to the madness.
