That’s weird. Have you called the office? When I called May 1st they said they were currently working on sending them out and that the rest would go out on the 2nd. When you log in with your NetID, it’s not really obvious but you have to click main menu>self-service>student center>view financial aid>2020>Continue. Hope this helps.
