Based on last year's thread, nothing happens until their white coat ceremony (middle of August). First secondary was received 8/15. Should be similar this year.

I am IS so I'm not exactly sure. I don't believe there are a ton of OOS spots, but I don't know how competitive they are. I definitely think your family connection will work in your favor though.

Y'all worry too much. Yes they may send out secondaries and start interviewing relatively late but they also offer acceptances and rank the wait list at the absolute last second so just chill ok it will be like this the whole time.

For the table where we're supposed to list out courses, titles, and credit hours, do they want us to list the course number under the "course" column? (I'm unsure what the difference between course and title is for the table)

That's what I did. Like I put Course = "CHEM 1100" Title = "Remedial Chemistry" Credit hours = "2"

Primaries are screened before sending secondaries. If you're IS, then secondary = 99.9% chance you'll get an II

There are no essays but honestly not worth it. You have to be an incredible out of state applicant. Just my 2 cents.

I found this on last years UTHSC thread:
"Dean Strother told me they only send a secondary request to people they plan on interviewing. I guess a reason you would not get interviewed after submitting a secondary is if you end up getting arrested or some other major red flag arises. Congratulations and best of luck with your interview!"

I also saw an OOS from last years thread with a 506 MCAT and was accepted. You never know so shoot your shot!!
