I just got the email today, my interview is Monday:
Please be logged in to the event no later than ten minutes prior to the start of your interview session. This event will require you to be logged in the event, with your
video camera on for the
duration of the event.
Candidate Photos
Previously, as part of our on-site interview days, we have taken a photo of our candidates in white coats. These photos are for internal use and are
NOT used in the selection process. There will be an opportunity at the beginning of the Interview Day for you to introduce yourself, and we would like to capture a photo of you at that time. You will be cued by a member of the Admissions staff when it is time for your photo opportunity at the end of your introduction. If you prefer not to be photographed that is fine. You can either let us know in advance, or just say “No thanks” when the moderator asks “Are you ready to let us take a screen shot?”
Team-Based Learning (TBL)
As part of your Virtual Interview Day, you will be placed in a team, and you will have the opportunity to engage in a virtual, Team-Based Learning exercise with a member from our faculty. When you log in to the Zoom session ten minutes before the start of the event, an admissions staff member will provide you with a unique User ID as well as instructions for the TBL exercise during your virtual Interview Day. Please note that you will not be evaluated in the TBL exercise. This is solely for you to experience what TBL is like and we hope you enjoy it.
