Don't worry too much man. People have already gotten "hold" as a response. If you haven't, that's a good sign. Apparently there are people who have submitted back in July who are still waiting on a response. I'm IS so that might be a factor. Good luck!

I was complete early July and literally just received one today. You'll be fine; don't pay attention to dates of completion for others since it doesn't really mean much I think.

Ah got it, seems they might be doing IS applicants a bit earlier / faster since the only OOS interviews I've seen thus far were complete in July or early August. Congrats again!
