know someome who goes there and tbh, it's a **** show. there's a lottery system for all year sites (which aren't really IN philly) and if you don't get an all year site, you'll have to rotate through different hospitals.

According to MSAR, 300 people are offered waitlist spots for 60 acceptance offers. You're allowed 3 update letters.

I'm no expert, but "deferred" sounds a lot like "hold" to review later.
Waitlist - to me means you're almost there - now plead your case and convince them about how awesome a doctor you will be if offered a spot !

Nope, I haven’t seen any decisions on deferred applicants in this thread so far. Not sure if it’s just the SDN sample size. But hopefully they’ll make some soon!

I was interviewed early december and am still waiting for a decision as well. I feel that if we haven't heard anything they're probably gonna release our decisions next

I was offered WL on Tuesday. I interviewed 9/22 and was deferred in October I believe.
