Yep, my sister was complete in September I believe and never received a secondary, but I received one before my MCAT score was even submitted. Very strange!

This is pretty typical of Meharry even without a pandemic. MANY people don't hear back until well into the new year. Now covid could extend that further but they can only extend so far as classes start in June. Pandemic or not, patience has always been key with Meharry.

Yep, and so are some other people appearently. I don't think it's a screening thing, at least not personally, but as others have mentioned patience is key with meharry. I thankfully have other solid options and I seriously wish everyone else luck with this process!!

I have friends who applied Dental and still haven’t gotten secondaries from Meharry either. Idk what’s going on over there
I would hope so. Apparently they sent out a group secondaries once around September and I’d assume they’re doing another around next year January? I wouldn’t be surprised if they do that tho, they’ve always been slow with the process

No one will ever hear back from Meharry...I've been emailing and calling since September..I'd be surprised if they even stick to the January deadline. Another consideration isnsvreening though. They do not send secondsries to everyone. Now it's more likely they are just late as usual lol but the screening thing is a possibility. I suspect with vaccine distribution, they are going to remain MIA for a while...idk

Me neither but they do screen 🤷🏽♀️ lots of people got secondaries without MCATS that was kind of a thing this year due to all the trouble with covid. I guess it was assumed that a score was coming.

Also what portal are you referring to? Idk if it even looked in whatever portal you are referring to. I see the place where I submitted my app and there's only a single webpage there that just lists my applications. There's no spot for anything else or any communication
