Has anyone gotten an R from this school?

I've been completed since 7/11 but haven't heard a single word. Is this a silent R?

II today! I was complete on 10/11 - also OOS
Earliest interview date for me was 1/20

Got my interview coming up in a couple days 😬, any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Is this school P/F, or do rankings?
It's P/F. If you are in the top 10% of the class for a block you get a letter. To my knowledge the school does not keep rankings so nothing is disclosed on residency apps other than P/F and the number of times you get top 10% of a block.

Hey everyone! I'm currently a 1st year student at BCOM and almost done with the first semester. We're having our Thanksgiving break right now and I have some free time. So if anyone has any questions about the school, I'd love to help out. Feel free to PM as well

How are the clinical rotations here?

How are the clinical rotations here?
Like I said, only a 1st year. But from what students tell me, the rotations are pretty nice compared to a lot of other DO schools and students generally get their preferred location. But I'm not gonna lie, I didn't look too much into it. Right now I'm only focused on classes.

How are the clinical rotations here?
4th year student here. I can provide some insights into clinical rotations. The clinical rotations going through Burrell are strong regardless of which clinical hub you end in. The attendings I've had in both 3rd and 4th year are well experienced and care about your education. Expectations are set from the very first day of your rotation. I knew I had a solid clinical foundation coming out of 3rd year since I was able to perform well and got great evaluations from my sub-I/acting intern rotations. You as the student also need to play your part (i.e. be enthusiastic, eager and work hard). As @ManicOperation mentioned, most students get their preferred location for clinical rotations, if not, they end up within their top 3 choices. The office of clinical education organizes a lottery for clinical hubs during your first semester of 2nd year and you find out around December where you'll spend the last 2 years of medical school. Hope this helps. If you have any specific questions, feel free you post it on the thread or DM and I'll respond as soon as I can.

Anyone know the post II acceptance rate ??

Anyone who interviewed 11/3 hear back yet?
I interviewed 10/16 and still haven't heard anything so I'm thinking that thanksgiving caused a mini delay, at least I hope so lol

Hopefully you hear back this week, they said 3-4 weeks when I interviewed so idk when that will be

Anyone from 10/31 interview hear back yet? Still waiting and it's been 4 weeks today

I have an interview coming up! Is it a traditional 30-minute 1:1 interview? I cannot seem to find much information on the structure of the interview. Thanks!

LOL i didn’t even check someone earlier in the chat said they interviewed 10/16 and they haven’t heard back yet
Omg I meant 26! Sorry haha I was passing the time during a slow moment at work.

Has anyone called them regarding if a decision has been made since their interview?

In previous years, calling them would just result in them saying that the decision will be coming out in the next few weeks

Ahh okay, makes sense. It’s been over four weeks for me which is why I’m getting a little antsy lol
