Just got an email notifying that my application was placed on hold. I think this is the first email I've gotten from them since my primary submission back in July haha. Was expecting to get a flat out rejection since I bombed the primary app question before finding out there wasn't a secondary app.

Anyone who completed interview, about how long did it take to receive email for group session and how soon are dates available once you get that email? Hoping not to have to wait 3-4 weeks for group session.
 
For those who got A's or heard back after your group interviews, how long after your group interview did it take to hear a decision?
 
Anyone who has done the group session, how was it? Did it give off a chill vibe like "So glad to have you here, what are your favorite hobbies" or more formal? I have a session coming up in October

Any chance you’d post your timeline for Kira, then the info session email, actual info session date, and then when they sent you a decision notification?? Just did my Kira today and am now extremely anxious to hear back, but it looks like it takes a while lol.

Edit: Even just a general timeline would be awesome if exact dates are more than you’re comfortable sharing. If not, I totally understand!

i don’t remember what date i did my kira, but i know i did it on a saturday and got the email for the info session like tuesday. i did the info session 8/26 and got the A 9/6
 
Also what is Kira exactly bc another school I’m interviewing at is using this! Is it a one on one interview or a group II?
 
II received today as well! So excited!! Anyone know if the "live group event via Zoom with DO faculty and students" is the chill info session Q&A or is that separate?

I ~think~ they usually send out an email about them within a week of completing Kira?? Just did my Kira yesterday, so hoping in the next couple days they send us a date.

It’s essentially a recorded interview, and it was fairly low stress. You just record your responses to their questions through Kira.

It was a fairly chill info session (but still need proper attire/posture etc.).

I’m not sure if you interviewed at lecom
But was it like that? Where you had a certain amount of time to think and record your response? Or was there typing involved as well

Didn’t interview at LECOM, but just think of it as a regular interview that’s recorded instead of it being live. Can’t speak much more than that because you’re not allowed to talk about it. There are also practice sessions that are provided.
 
Got an email asking if I was still interested today. Had to fill out a survey. Of course I’m still interested! Where II?
 
For everyone who was accepted: how did your kira assessment go? I just took mine, and don't feel great about it, wondering if others also had that same feeling but ended up with an A? haha

There were def some people here that didn’t do that well according to themselves and got As (I looked back on this thread)

I felt pretty mediocre about it. Specially the first couple of questions
 
Anyone else experiencing a system error when signing up for the group session? 😕
