Can we ask what was weak about our app? Do they provide that feedback?

Some of the TMDSAS schools will do this but I don’t believe Baylor is one

I would like to speak to a Baylor College of Medicine academic advisor/counselor.
Baylor College of Medicine does not provide advising services. Please reach out to your current institution’s pre-med or pre-health advising office for its feedback on your application. If you do not have an advisor, please reach out to the Texas Health Education Service (THES), which offers complimentary advising.

Baylor College of Medicine does not provide advising to applicants who were not successful in gaining admission to our medical school. THES offers great resources for building a stronger application for re-applicants.

There will be people with 4.0 and 520 who dont get in so it would be hard for them to justify specific candidate's weakness.
