Double Edit: Looks like last year, they released IIs for all sorts of complete dates throughout the cycle. I saw some early IIs for people complete in August, then later IIs for people complete in July. So hope is not lost!

II received this morning! OOS, complete 7/30, LM ~80.
I got a pretty quick response when I sent a question about secondaries at the end of July.
i emailed them recently and they got back to me really fast, I would try giving them a call if a couple days go by with no response
