I think last year they just pushed it further down the road, and maybe now they're trying to get it done earlier and not string people along
Last year it looks like they did it after accepting people. Does this mean that they are going to give acceptances earlier?

Looks like we might be dealing w this here these days, so idk if it will really change the date of A wave

Do they review in order of complete date?
Hard to say but based on the complete dates here and on admit, it seems like they kind of are. The complete dates are jumping around but the overall bulk of people each day have later and later complete dates. I wonder how many days this purge will last lol

Not sure if I'm freaking myself out, but is anyone else missing the withdraw button from the AMP portal? I haven't heard anything since secondary submission/completion and have been complete since mid-July...
Same here, no withdraw button... did they have one before? Lol.

Complete 7/24, sent an update 12/6

Still holding on as of now but we'll see if I jinx myself lol

No withdrawal option on my portal either but idk if it's always been there or not

Complete 7/13, sent an update 12/5, and silence for me. Don't have the withdraw button either, but I feel like this shouldn't mean anything. Also, I know that ~50% of their incoming class is from the FlexMed Program, so there are very limited spots—hoping for the best for us 🤞

a lot of other portals also seem to have no withdrawal option as far as i can see, but hoping for the best for everyone ☺️

50%??😭 how did u hear that?

yeah 50% is crazy... R u sure this is true?
Folks this sounds straight up wrong, just checked MSAR. 40 early assurance matriculated, 120 total. At most it is 33% but def not 50%.

edit: nvm the post below is probably more correct in a general sense

when you google the program it says anywhere from 30-60 of 120, so maybe this percentage depends on the year

Another point to consider is that all early assurance accepts probably matriculate, whereas not all regular admit acceptances do. Thus the final number for acceptances is likely lower than 33%.

Haven’t received an email rejection yet, but my amp portal won’t load lol. I think I’m cooked guys.

I remember the AMP link they had in their secondary email didn't work for me! you have to copy and paste the link into a new window, rather than just click on it

For those that have interviewed already, did they mention when in January we can expect decisions to come out? I interviewed mid December so I’m hoping I’ll be part of the first wave but I can’t recall if they said anything specific

I interviewed third week of December and they said February for us

They said mid Jan — I interviewed late November! Last year I believe the date was Jan 19
