no clue. someone above said it seems like class is full on 2/28 so wanted to know if it is worth it to apply
If they extended the deadline, i would apply. You never know. Even if you get a waitlist, there will probably be good movement.

does anyone know when we would see waitlist movement for this school? like whens the next deadline for students to make their decision so that more seats may be open?

hmm the math ain’t adding up with this extended deadline news. Sorry to say I’m leaning on this being more of a cash grab for last minute secondary fees

Has anyone heard much about the guaranteed acceptance without MCAT offered at NYITCOM’s master bridge program?
Application to the the bridge program is by invitation only. They only send it to some people on the waitlist but you can't stay on the waitlist and accept a seat in the bridge program at the same time, at least thats how it was when I was applying. It's a guaranteed acceptance if you maintain a 3.0 gpa by the end of it and you don't have to take the mcat again.

So I have only received an email saying my file was completed back in Sep, do they have a portal to check the application status or that email is all we have for confirmation?

Initially I was pretty overwhelmed with all the secondaries I’ve had to submit this cycle and wasn’t planning on submitting the NYITCOM one (not super sold on the east coast as I’m more of a west coast/midwest type of person), but they sent me an email in the beginning of January offering me a secondary fee waiver saying “Office of Admissions team believes your file demonstrates excellent promise for further consideration by the Committee, and a possible invitation to interview in February” so I ended up doing that and submitted it middle of January. Got the II in the beginning of March.
highkey sorta gave up on this school at this point. Feels like I won’t hear back at all

my file was complete 9/16 and I called for months following that. They finally gave me an interview invite 2/24, for which I chose to interview 3/14. I would say call and express interest! Also, my interview invite went straight to spam in my email so also be cautious of that!

I'm hoping for the best. The adcom lady said that no additional email was sent yet so. We'll see. Hoping for the best for everyone else in a similar spot like me.

I'm in the exact same boat with waiting to hear back and have been marked complete since August. The waiting game has been so killer and has been weighing on me extra recently, especially since it's my top school. It's been hard to stay positive, but I'm still holding onto hope.

For those of you on the WL who sent update letters, did you include any extracurricular stuff? I was just rereading the WL email and it says "You are welcome to submit academic updates to the Office of Admissions" so I'm not sure if updates are reserved for only academic things.

I’m still waiting to hear back for ii as well. Completed in September. Anyone know if they do advisement meetings or if it’s worth speaking with admissions in person or just over the phone?
