hmmm did it provide an upstate email for you to sign into the scholarship universe

Yes, but when I try it the screen shows invalid email.

yeah same thing happened to me. Once I got my acceptance letter and began my check list, the email was activate and I was able to login to outlook

On last year’s thread some people reached out around this time to ask about their HPA standing. Anyone think this is worth doing this year? Idk if their email also said “We cannot tell you where you fall on the alternate list but by mid-June we can discuss how the list is moving to give you a better sense of your chances regarding acceptance.”

I am HPA for MD/PhD program and they told us at second look to reach out first week of May if we don't hear from them before then. I think it is reasonable to reach out after 4/30. Its been really hard to tell myself not to email them so I get it.

sitting here, still on the Hold by Committee Alternate list, now with an offer to their AMSNY/Jacobs School Post-Bacc program. i honestly don't like the feeling of doing yet another post bacc with a different set of conditions for acceptance (still better than Temple's conditional interview). has anyone heard of someone who went through the program, or another thread on SDN about the program?

Back on May 5th , they said in about a month they should have an idea of the class size . So I am assuming 1st week of June there hopefully should be movement .

yeah my LM is like a 70.2 (above 70 just not exactly sure i dont remember) and I was placed on the HPA back early in january, i interviewed in november for upstate

Dear Admissions Committee,

- 1st sentence introduce myself.
- 2nd sentence asking if there has been any movement (when i emailed mid may they said not much)
- 3rd sentence asked how likely would it be for me to expect an acceptance to upstate
- 4th sentence thanked them for continuing to consider my application and if further info is needed please let me know.

Yes, they said there hasn't been any movement on the waitlist so far, and in the past, they have gotten to my spot. So it's just a matter of luck and waiting at this point. I am already prepping for the upcoming cycle.
